I’ve been practicing massage therapy three years, and have been immersed in the world of holistic wellness for over a decade. As someone who has struggled with the physical and emotional tolls of stressors like migraines, TMJ, and anxiety, I have a great desire to bring relief and positive change to the lives of others.

I proudly specialize in buccal (cheek)/facial massage, a technique that not only sculpts and tones the face, but also provides pain relief.

My full body massage style is uniquely relaxing, restorative, and effective. I focus on techniques that deliver a deep state of calm to the mind and the body — promoting wellness from the inside and out.

Kristen is a trauma-informed RYT500 and specializes in Yoga for recovery and nervous system regulation. She is also a Reiki 2 Practitioner and is trained in Pranayama (breathwork) & Meditation. She has been practicing Yoga for over a decade, and it has been the driving force in her healing and self-discovery journey. In an effort to bring this healing practice to others, Kristen obtained her RYT200 certificate in 2019. She furthered her studies in 2023, when she received her RYT300 certificate. She creates her classes with an intention of calming the nervous system and nourishing the mind, body, and soul. Her goal is that her students leave feeling calm, centered, and refreshed in your body and your mind. Kristen always encourages her students to be their true, authentic selves both on and off the mat. You can expect a light-hearted, inclusive, supportive, and non-judgemental environment.
